I love seeing women do things it had never before even occured to me you could just do. Last summer I walked by this 60+ year old woman who built herself a new porch after watching a video on YouTube! How awesome is that? It looked great too.
unpopular opinion but I love it when people write essays for fun on the internet. I don’t think it’s cringe if you’re being polite and coherent and making your own post instead of making unwanted additions to other people’s posts. why say something in a 7 word meme format sentence, faking disaffection and chillness, when you could flesh it out in 7 paragraphs of sincere and substantial nuance. not just for seriousness but for fun concepts, is what i have in mind. for talking about a story or character. for talking about life. talking about anything. this is a wordy person safe zone
had a surreal experience at work this morning. i was the only person on the floor when we opened and a customer came over and was like “do you mind if i ask you for help with something?” and when i jokingly said “i don’t think you have much of a choice to be honest” he replied “we always have a choice” and then we both just stood there opposite each other like rival wizards of light and dark for several moments.
